Dial House, Seend Wiltshire

Dial House, located in historic village Seend, Wiltshire, dates back to the 15th Century. Due to a fire that had broken out in the fireplace of the drawing room the owners instructed APT Group Services to bring the fireplace back to its existing glory. The historic nature of the building and its listed significance meant that the project had to be treated with an incredible amount of care.

Mr and Mrs O’Reilly were so so impressed with the work carried out to their fireplace they instructed us to renovate their drawing room which involved re-plastering their walls in lime plaster, rendering the fireplace, rubbing down the existing wooden floor and providing redecoration throughout.

Throughout the project we treated the property with care, sympathetically restoring the fireplace and drawing room to the splendour it so rightly deserves.
